This online store or online store, located on the website (hereinafter ONLINE STORE) is administered and managed, as owner and seller, by ALFONSO VIERA E HIJOS S.L. (hereinafter AVH).

The present General Conditions of the Online Purchase Contract (hereinafter, the CONDITIONS) apply to online sales made through the ONLINE SHOP.

Sales are only made to customers with a physical delivery address in the Canary Islands.

Sales will be subject to the stipulations contained in the text of the CONDITIONS in force at the time the sale is formalized. The use, processing and follow-up until its execution by the customer of the sale through the ONLINE STORE implies the express acceptance by the customer of these CONDITIONS.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained in these CONDITIONS shall affect the legal rights of the Client, in particular those that the applicable laws deem to be unwaivable rights, which shall take precedence over any consideration set forth in these CONDITIONS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, these CONDITIONS are subject to Spanish laws and regulations, and specifically those governing contracts concluded at a distance and/or away from business premises.


These CONDITIONS apply to the online purchase of any product offered for sale online on the website, and that is made by consumers who have a physical delivery address in Spain.

It is expressly excluded the possibility of acquiring products on the website by way of exchange of vouchers, gift cards and the like purchased at El Corte Ingles and other companies issuing such securities.

The prices of each of the products offered for sale online will be those indicated in the ONLINE STORE on the date the order is placed. The prices are detailed in each article and include the IGIC. Shipping costs are free of charge.

The online purchase service through this ONLINE SHOP only allows the purchase of products to users who, duly identified, are over 18 years old, and have a physical delivery address in the Canary Islands/Spain.

AVH reserves the right to cancel a customer's access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.

AVH will modify and update, if deemed appropriate, articles and prices according to the company's commercial criteria.


The online sales service will be available 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, although the customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (Canary Islands time). Finally, during the online purchase process, you will be asked for the necessary data to carry out the execution and control of the purchase (delivery address, confirmation of delivery of the product and the collection of the price). The billing data will be those that appear in the user's registration. AVH is not responsible for errors made by the customer in the data provided for the completion of the purchase, the customer must pay special attention in filling out the forms.

If the customer enters erroneous data during the purchase process and its correction results in charges, AVH reserves the right to charge the user for these costs or to cancel the requested purchase.


3.1. Payment

The customer undertakes to use the portal diligently and in good faith, to pay the established price and is responsible for the veracity of the data required for the transaction.

The customer will be able to choose the means of payment during the purchase process from among the following:

- Payment by credit card: all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted.

- Payment by Paypal.

For the payment process, AVH uses third-party services outside AVH and, in particular those of PASARELA DE PAGO of the financial institution BBVA (online payment gateway, which functions as a virtual point of sale terminal). The service providers will ask the customer for certain data to make the payment, according to the payment methods they offer. Once the payment process (step 3 of the online purchase process) has been successfully completed, the contract will be considered concluded and AVH will confirm the contract by e-mail within 24 hours.

3.2. Delivery

The procedure for delivery of the product to the customer shall be carried out in accordance with the following steps:

  • The shipment will be made to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process, as completed in step 1 (Registration and Data form);
  • The shipment will be made by a courier service provided by a third party external to AVH.
  • AVH undertakes to deliver the product paid for by the customer to the delivery address within a maximum of 3 working days, although for reasons beyond AVH's control it may take longer.

If there is any problem in the processing of the order or in the shipment, AVH will contact the customer to inform him/her of the incident. In any case, the customer may also contact AVH to check the status of his order and shipment at the following address

Unless expressly stated otherwise during the online purchase process, the shipping costs of the AVH product or service purchased through the Service shall be borne entirely by AVH.


The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the material receipt of the purchased product.

In order to formalize the withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal declaration to be sent within the time limit indicated to the e-mail address, or to the postal address of AVH indicated above. You may use, if you wish, the model withdrawal form at the end of this section, indicating your desire to withdraw, your details (including your account number) and those of the contract whose withdrawal you wish to withdraw.

AVH will then contact the customer to manage the effective return of the product.

Formalized the withdrawal and returned the item to AVH along with its original packaging, will proceed to refund the price in the shortest possible time, and in any case, within fourteen calendar days from the time that AVH has become aware of the withdrawal of the customer. No returns will be accepted for products that have been modified by customer specification, for example: in case of size adjustments, engravings of the jewelry or any other product, or other forms of customization at the customer's request.

All payments received will be refunded to the customer, including delivery costs, if any (except for the additional cost of shipping costs in the event that the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive method of ordinary delivery that we offer). The means used for the refund will be by the same means of payment used for the purchase. The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received.

AVH offers the customer the legal guarantee for consumer goods (articles 114 and following of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Subject to the applicable regulations, AVH shall be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer must inform AVH of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. Failure to comply with this deadline will not entail the loss of the right to the corresponding remedy, the customer being responsible, however, for the damages actually caused by the delay in the communication. In any case, the guarantee related to those damages caused by an inadequate use is excluded, as well as in general all those excluded by the legislation of the European Union in force.


For any dispute arising from the online sales contract, the Spanish laws will be applicable (or the Community or international laws that are imperative as to their scope of application in Spain), and the Spanish courts will have jurisdiction.
