TAG Heuer enters 2024 with a stunning addition to its Carrera collection – the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Glassbox. Inspired by the iconic DATO layout and embracing a teal green monochrome aesthetic, this timepiece pays homage to the brand’s rich racing heritage. The Glassbox design features refined ergonomics and a teal green azuré mono sub-dial at three o’clock, symbolizing vintage racing car hues from the 20s to the 60s. This meticulously chosen color becomes a signature element, connecting once again the Carrera series to the golden age of motorsports, appealing to enthusiasts of both classic and modern timepieces.

The new Tourbillon Glassbox watch is inspired by the design principles and the teal green color of the new TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph, only it has a dial elevated by an aperture at 6 o’clock that reveals a tourbillon cage. With the new TAG Heuer Carrera’s curved sapphire crystal and fluid form, the tourbillon’s beauty can now be observed from a wider range of angles. On the dial, the flange and indexes have been subtly curved to mirror and complement the crystal’s edge, enhancing the watch’s elegant feel.

The TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 200 Solargraph watches feature a new 34mm size and five unique dials. The collection pays homage to the Aquaracer series’ adventurous spirit with an added elegance, making the watch a perfect accessory indoors and outdoors. Breaking new ground, mother-of-pearl dials are introduced, with a diamond option, adapted for Solargraph technology, alongside deep blue and polar blue dials. Modernized ergonomic riders, trapezoidal in shape, add a refined touch to this fresh lineup.

TAG Heuer’s breakthrough technology – Diamant d’Avant-Garde – sets another major milestone in the luxury watchmaking industry by introducing its colored TAG Heuer Carrera Date Plasma 36mm watch featuring 1.4 carats of yellow-colored Diamant d’Avant-Garde. This marks the second time TAG Heuer uses colored lab-grown diamonds this extensively on a luxury watch, after a pink version was released at the Watches & Wonders 2023 fair. The new technology sets a memorable milestone with the CVD technique, creating diamonds that come in all shapes and forms, building on disruptive design. This evolution represents TAG Heuer’s dedication to innovation, who will continue to expand the usage of colored lab-grown diamonds more extensively on luxury watches.
